Meet the girls vying to be Miss Destin. At stake is about $5,000 in scholarship money and the right to pose with hundreds of fish during the October Destin Fishing Rodeo. As part of the pageantry, there will be a harbor cruise, a Mary Kay makeover, a fashion fitting at Judith March Southern Fashion House and a judge’s tea. The winner will be crowned at 7 p.m., April 5 at the Destin Community Center.
