Destin Mayor Mel Ponder, center, was on hand at West Marine Friday to cut the ribbon for the marine store’s grand reopening. As part of the weekend celebration, guests can enjoy three days of demos, deals, door-buster discounts and giveaways, plus demonstrations by underwater photographer Tony Ludovico. The store is located at 862-B Highway 98 East at Shoreline Village Mall.
