The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is working to track down a man who attempted to rob the Big Boss Convenience Store located at 34884 Emerald Coast Parkway in Destin yesterday afternoon.
At approximately 4:10 p.m. a man approached the counter and demanded money at knifepoint. The clerk attempted to reason with the suspect and the man left the store without any money.
The robber is described as a white male in his mid twenties, approximately 6’2” tall, 210 pounds and was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, khaki pants, red and blue shoes, and had a dark blue bandana covering part of his face. The victim stated the suspect’s clothes appeared worn and dirty.
